New Insulation Caps “Green” Project at Opal Drive – Find A Way Home utilized the remainder of the Community Development Block Grant to finish our “green” project at the Opal Drive triplex. Scott Osborne and his team of professionals at Arbor Insulation Solutions sealed the attic spaces of each unit, installed a radiant heat barrier, and blew in new insulation. As a result, the units are more energy efficient, which will result in decreased heating and cooling costs for our residents. This project capped several months of eco-friendly improvements on that property, including the installation of all new HVAC units and low-flush toilets.
